The AI Sales Leader™ is the first certification suite designed to teach sales leaders how to use AI in their daily workflows. It is not a course about AI theory – it is a system for applying AI to pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, strategy, prospecting, accountability, process, and account growth.
Four certifications, each designed for a different role:
- CASL™ (Certified AI Sales Leader) – For VPs of Sales, CROs, and frontline managers. 16 modules over 4 months.
- CASH™ (Certified AI Sales Hunter) – For individual contributors who carry a number. 12-week program.
- REAP™ (Revenue Expansion & Account Penetration) – For account managers and CS leaders. 8-week program.
- Forum™ (AI Sales Leadership Forum) – Monthly peer mastermind for certified sales leaders. Limited to 12 members.
CASL is for sales leaders – the people managing teams, running pipeline reviews, building comp plans, and coaching reps. CASH is for individual contributors – the reps who carry a quota and need to prospect, run deals, and close. REAP is for account managers and customer success leaders who grow revenue inside existing accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and retention. Different roles, different programs, same AI-first approach.
No. The programs teach application, not technology. You do not need to know how to code, build models, or understand machine learning. Every session focuses on practical AI tools you can use immediately – inside your CRM, your pipeline reviews, your coaching sessions, and your prospecting workflow.
Live. Either one-on-one or in a small group. There is no pre-recorded content. You get real-time coaching, live Q&A, and direct feedback on your specific deals, pipeline, and team challenges.
No. Every program is vendor-agnostic. It works with most CRMs, tech stacks, or sales methodologies. The programs teach you how to apply AI to how you already sell – not how to use a specific tool.

CASL™ - Certified AI Sales Leader
VPs of Sales, CROs, frontline sales managers, and anyone responsible for leading a sales team of 3 or more reps. If you run pipeline reviews, coach reps, build comp plans, or own a revenue number through a team – this is for you.
16 modules across the 5 Ps – Process, People, Pipeline, Performance, and Psychology. Focus areas include:

16 modules delivered over approximately 4 months. Sessions run every week. Each session is 90 minutes of live instruction and coaching, plus 2-3 hours per week of application work between sessions.
You earn the Certified AI Sales Leader™ designation. You also become eligible for the AI Sales Leadership Forum™ – an exclusive monthly peer mastermind limited to 12 certified leaders.
CASH™ - Certified AI Sales Hunter
Sales professionals who carry a number – BDRs, SDRs, account executives, and anyone responsible for filling pipeline and closing deals. If you prospect, run discovery calls, negotiate, and close – CASH teaches you how to do all of it faster and better with AI.
12 weeks. Sessions are 90 minutes each. The program covers AI-powered prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, deal strategy, objection handling, and closing techniques.
CASL. CASL is built for the person managing the team – pipeline reviews, coaching, comp plans, forecasting, and building systems. CASH is built for the person carrying the bag. Some leaders take both, but start with CASL if you manage a team.
REAP™ - Revenue Expansion and Account Penetration
Account managers, customer success leaders, and anyone responsible for growing revenue inside existing accounts. If your job is expansion, cross-sell, upsell, retention, or account penetration – REAP is built for you.
8 weeks. Sessions are 90 minutes each, delivered live. The program covers account mapping, expansion revenue identification, AI-powered retention strategies, cross-sell frameworks, and revenue intelligence tools.

Forum™ - AI Sales Leadership Forum
An exclusive monthly peer mastermind limited to 12 certified sales leaders or CEOs leading sales teams. Every session is a working mastermind meeting – members bring real deals, real pipeline problems, and real management challenges. It is peer accountability, AI integration, and executive-level thinking in one room.
Graduates of any AI Sales Leader™ certification program (CASL, CASH, or REAP) and select invited individuals. Enrollment is by application only. The 12-seat cap is enforced – when it is full, it is full.
Monthly for 2 hours via Zoom with a social event every quarter. Each session is a structured working mastermind meeting facilitated personally by Greg. Between sessions, members have access to the peer network for real-time support and accountability for issue processing.
